Trout Tails - August 19, 2014

The trout streams have been low lately.  Seems like when we do get rain, it comes in the form of a thunderstorm, and just runs right off.  Needless to say, the trout fishing has been a little slow.  Been spending some time on the spring creeks, mainly in State College area.  Also, spent the last two weekends on the Juniata chasing some smallies.  Even had a chance to get my dad in the boat for a day.  Couple more weeks till Yellowstone, can't come soon enough.
