Trout Tails - November 17, 2019

Took a few days last week and headed up to Erie.  Water was relatively good early in the week, but cleared and dropped quickly.  The amount of snaggers  is getting pretty bad up there.....I'll never understand it.  Watched one guy tail hook a fish, and put it on a stringer.  Then proceeded to act like everything was just fine and fish off our shoulders for the next hour before we finally left.  Most people you run into are great, but it just takes that one......Despite the "issues", had a pretty good trip overall.  Time to try and squeeze in a little late fall fishing before heading to Chile for the winter.

Fancy running into this guy up here

Yellowstone/MT 2019

Rather than dealing with the airlines, I decided to take some time and drive out to Yellowstone this year and make some stops along the way to see the sights and some friends.  As always, the fishing was good, but we did have some weather blow in the second week that slowed things down some.  I always feel the photos do more justice than my words for this trip, so hope you enjoy them.
