Spring is finally here and the hatches have started.........but the water is still cold and the top water has been somewhat sporadic. Things should start picking up in the next couple weeks. Hopefully we get some rain soon. I can't believe we are already dealing with low water in April, especially after last year's drought. Here are a few shots from central PA the last 2 weeks.
