Spent a few days on the Erie tribs this past week. Water was low and clear until some much needed rain finally came Saturday. Unfortunately for us, Sunday the creeks were muddy and filled with leaves. There were fish to be had, but they didn't come easy, think we only landed about a dozen between us. Probably have to make at least 1 more run up this fall/winter.

Yellowstone 2021
It has been a rough year in MT for water this year! Thankfully a few weeks back, the temps in the creeks dropped and some rain came, but the water is still pretty low by comparison. While we had to modify tactics a bit, the fish were definitely willing to eat. As always, great scenery and good times catching up with friends. Paul Weamer managed to sneak in a few days with us too, which is always a fun time. In case you haven't picked up a copy yet, you can get his new book here.
Here are a few of the photos from this year. We shot some video too, so maybe there will be enough to throw a short clip together once I get it all processed.
